Shopify Developer for Pricing Plan Feature

Project Overview: I am seeking a skilled Shopify developer to implement a pricing plan feature on my website. The project includes the following tasks:
Understanding Requirements:
Collaborate with me to define the specific pricing tiers and features I want to offer. We want to display four subscription sections initially, with the potential to expand to six in the future.
Multilingual Support:
The page should be designed to display in both Arabic and English((RTL), as specified in the attached PDF file.
Design Specifications:
The design must closely match the layout provided in the PDF file. The page can be created using custom HTML and CSS.
Mobile Responsiveness:
Ensure that the page is fully mobile-responsive, providing an optimal viewing experience on all devices.
Subscription Features:
For each subscription plan, display six features by default. Users should be able to click an arrow button labeled "See More Features" to expand and view additional features if available. All features will be listed in the same section, and we need control over their display.
Highlight Recommended Subscription:
Highlight the recommended subscription section as indicated in the design.
Pricing Plans:
Include one button to differentiate between the annual and monthly plans, with the annual plan offering a greater discount compared to the monthly plan.
Navigation:
Clicking on a subscription should direct users to the product page for that subscription. Each subscription will be created as a product, leading to the cart page.
Subscription Detail Responses:
If possible, subscription detail responses should display in a separate list for better organization.
Testing and Documentation:
Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality across devices and browsers, and provide documentation on managing and updating the pricing plans.
