Shopify Classifieds Page Implementation

I need a full-featured custom coded classifieds/marketplace page added to my existing Shopify store so visitors can post physical-product ads while I retain control over what goes live.

Core flow
• Seller fills out a form that starts with a drop-down category choice—horses, tack, or other. Based on that choice, the form reveals the right fields.
• Mandatory custom fields: Seller contact information, Price, Location, Description, Height, Colour, plus Photo and Video uploads.
• On submission the ad lands in a pending queue. Nothing appears on the site until I review and approve it from the Shopify admin.
• Once approved, the listing is published and buyers can pay through PayPal.

What I expect at hand-off
1. A seamlessly styled classifieds page that matches my current theme.
2. Dynamic form logic for the category drop-down and related fields.
3. Admin-side workflow for preview, edit and single-click approval or rejection.
4. PayPal hooked up so completed payments clear automatically.
5. Clear instructions for day-to-day use and minor tweaks.
