Shopify Catalogue With Quote Feature

I need a Shopify site that behaves less like a conventional online store and more like a clean, searchable product catalogue. Visitors will be browsing physical goods; instead of checking out, they should be able to hit an “Add to Quote” button, compile their chosen items, and submit a single quote request that reaches my inbox (and, ideally, triggers a confirmation email to them).

Here’s how I picture the flow:
1. Modern, mobile-friendly theme set up and branded to match my colours and logo.
2. Collections and product pages laid out clearly—no prices displayed for now.
3. An “Add to Quote” function (via a proven Shopify app or custom code) that:
• lets users pick multiple products,
• shows a mini-summary of the selected items,
• gathers contact details, and
• delivers the quote request to a chosen email address.
4. Basic navigation pages (Home, About, Contact) and a simple header/footer.
5. Quick walkthrough or short Loom video so I can add/edit products myself later.
