Shopify Bug Fix

I have a shopify site (hobbycity.nz), we have products from multiple locations, we have a flat rate shipping regardless of which locations the products come from. However shopify will add shipping (double) for each location, doubling this charge. We want it to always simply just charge the same value for each order.

Can you fix this?
