Shopify App/Module Development Export for Logistics Software

Project Description
I am looking for an experienced Shopify developer to create an app (or module) to be published on the Shopify App Store.
The main goal of the app is to streamline the order management process for merchants using the Shopify e-commerce platform and our logistics software.
The ultimate goal is to automate the export of orders from Shopify to our management system.
Required Features
The app will need to perform the following key tasks:
Connection and Authentication: The app must securely connect to the client's Shopify store using the Shopify APIs.
Order Monitoring: The app must monitor in real-time for new orders that are paid and ready for fulfillment (e.g., "paid", "unfulfilled" status).
Data Export: Every time a new eligible order is created, the app must automatically extract specific order data (product list, quantity, price, customer details, shipping address, notes) and generate a CSV file in a specific format we will provide.
Automatic Submission: The generated CSV file must be automatically sent to a URL or endpoint we own (to be specified later) for import into the "Prontocorriere" management system.
Developer Requirements
Proven experience in developing apps for Shopify (Admin API, Webhooks).
Proficiency in managing CSV files.
Basic knowledge of REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
Deliverables
The project will be considered complete when the app, after a thorough testing phase, has been published and approved on the Shopify App Store and is fully functional for merchants who install it.
