Shopify App Development & AI-Based Image Translation

Create a shopify app that can import product from Vendors listed in [https://otcommerce.com/] through its API, once the product is imported it should create a beautiful product page, that has images and text relevant to what was imported [https://pagepilot.ai/] this tool is very good at creating product pages, need something exactly like this or similar, then the images should also be able to be edit through a product photo editor such as [https://claid.ai/], through its API, the images if they have foreign language text then it should be translated on the image itself [https://www.imagetranslate.com/blog/ai-tools-for-e-commerce-image-translation/] , there are many apps that translate text on images but is very costly so need my own translator where I can use AI API key to save costs,, some examples of apps that already translate are [https://apps.shopify.com/ai-image-translator?search_id=66873b0e-df7b-4e4a-b57c-6353665cde3d&surface_detail=image+ai+translator&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=18&surface_type=search]
