Shopify App Bridge

I'm looking for someone to build an app using Shopify App Bridge to do the following:
1) The App should be able to scan a QR code and read json data (I'll provide or adjust the format accordingly)
2) Then it should ping an external api (we will be pinging an api that checks to see if the wallet address of the NFT is valid - someone is building the api)
3) if it's valid then the App should put either the wallet address or most likely some code on the transaction
The objective is to a) validate on the blockchain that the NFT is legitimate and b) put either the wallet address or the id (that is created when we create a new customer/entry into the Shopify database) onto the check so we can keep track of how much they are buying and what they are buying
