Shopify API to import inventory, orders and prices

We take our orders at the moment via CSV which we download each day from a link that is provided by our suppliers. We currently manipulate the CSV via a macro to produce a inventory update to shopify. We do something similiar but in the other direction for orders. We would like to have this happen automatically each day at particular times and be able to adjust our prices in the API as they are based on the suppliers pricing and changed every so often
