Seamless WooCommerce to Shopify Migration

I’m ready to move my existing WooCommerce store over to Shopify and need the entire process handled end-to-end while the current site keeps running without interruption.

Scope of the migration
• Data – All products and inventory, customer records, and full order history must transfer accurately into Shopify.
• Design – I want to carry over the present look and feel but with a light refresh, so the theme will need slight modifications rather than a complete redesign.
• Integrations – Payment gateways, shipping integrations, and our current marketing tools have to be set up and tested on Shopify before we go live.

Key requirements
• Zero downtime: please outline how you will stage the new store, switch DNS, and verify data so customers never see the site offline.
• Data integrity: every SKU, customer profile, and order must match 1:1 between platforms after migration; I will perform spot checks.
• SEO continuity: URLs and meta data should be preserved or redirected properly to protect search rankings.
• Thorough testing: sandbox transactions, shipping rate checks, and marketing pixel verification are mandatory prior to launch.

Deliverables
1. Fully migrated Shopify store on a staging URL
2. Lightly modified theme replicating current site style
3. Configured payment, shipping, and marketing apps
4. Cut-over plan ensuring seamless switchover
5. Post-launch support window (bug fixes & tweaks)
