Require Shopify Store Design Template

Hello,
I’m looking at someone to design or put together a layout/template for a shopify store.
I only need the design created. i can manage my products etc.
** I DON'T want to sell products on it, but i need to make it a product catalog.
Items are added to the cart, Where at checkout, you can only have the options to enquire about goods/or ask for a quote.

Only Require 3 pages to be created (with the ability for me to enter all my own products)
