RepliBot – AI Based Review Responder
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a developer to create an AI-powered review response tool, RepliBot. This app should generate replies that are consistent with my brand's voice and sentiment. It should be able to efficiently handle positive, neutral, and negative reviews.
Core Features:
- Sentiment detection: The app should be able to detect the sentiment of incoming reviews.
- On-brand responses: It should suggest replies that align with my brand's tone, which is primarily 'Friendly'.
- Bulk mode: The ability to respond to multiple reviews at once is essential.
- Scheduled responses: The app should have a feature for scheduled auto-replies that come with an approval toggle.
Admin Features:
- Review Feed: An interface that allows me to see incoming reviews with AI-suggested replies.
- Customizable tone: I should be able to adjust the tone of responses to be more 'Empathetic', 'Friendly', or 'Bold' as needed.
- Data export: A feature to export review response data for tracking purposes.
Tech Stack:
- AI: The app should utilize GPT-4, Claude, and the HuggingFace sentiment model.
- Backend: The backend should be built using Node.js and Express.
- Integrations: The app needs to integrate with Loox, Yotpo, and the Shopify Reviews API.
Additional Features:
- Smart escalation: If a review contains flagged keywords (like 'refund' or 'damaged'), the app should escalate the issue to customer support.
- Multilingual support: The app should be able to generate responses in multiple languages for my global stores.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in AI development, specifically with sentiment analysis. Proficiency in Node.js and Express is a must, and prior experience with review platforms like Loox, Yotpo, and Shopify is highly preferred.
