Repair Shopify Markets Display Bug
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
We have Shopify Markets set up for UK, Australia and USA, soon to implement for Europe also. The Markets are working well with one major issue - the display menu is not allowing us to make changes in this area of the theme, (pic attached) meaning all of our markets are forced to display the same menu which isn't optimal as they have differing stock / availability so we'd prefer each to have its own collections menu.
I know it is an issue with our current theme setup as when I attempt the same changes on a blank theme they are available to me.
I need someone who knows Liquid, theme sections, and the Markets routing layer inside out to:
• trace the exact template or JavaScript conflict
• patch the theme so pages load correctly & the menu editing is available to us.
• verify the fix on desktop, mobile, and tablet using Shopify’s preview links or a staging theme
• hand back a brief summary of what was changed so I can version-control it
The job is finished once the storefront displays correctly across all enabled markets without throwing console errors or layout shifts.
