Ongoing Monthly Shopify Support & Tweaks
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I run SmartGear NZ, a growing pre-owned electronics store on Shopify (Electro theme). Sales keep me busy, yet small platform jobs pop up every few days. Rather than posting fresh gigs each time, I want a dependable Shopify specialist on standby month after month.
Typical work you will handle
• Design-side adjustments: header and footer redesigns, fresh product-page layouts, and periodic homepage revamps.
• Code-level theme tweaks and new-feature integrations so the Electro theme keeps pace with our ideas.
• App configuration and troubleshooting whenever we introduce or swap tools—payment, inventory, customer-service or anything else that keeps the store humming.
• Light backend fixes, minor bug squashes, and general conversion or UX improvements.
What I already know: the basic Shopify admin. What I need: someone who knows the deeper nooks—Liquid, theme architecture, metafields, speed best practices, and practical workarounds—so tasks get done quickly without hand-holding.
Engagement structure
• This is a long-term, retainer-style relationship.
• I’m looking for your flat monthly fee and the number of hours that covers. Unused hours can roll over one month; overruns can be quoted before you proceed.
• Reliability matters more than rock-bottom rates—I value prompt replies and transparent progress notes.
