Need to build a public shopify app(Individual only, not company)

First please create a wordpress store with woocomerce and add our APP so you can see how it works. https://pl.wordpress.org/plugins/getreview/
We want to:
add our Js code to product pages right under product description,
add our Js code to body in all other pages,
send information about all purchease in store on dedicated webhook address,
We don’t want user to set anything inside Shopify, we want to redirect them to our app panel.
app.getreview.pl and users will manage app there, just like: https://apps.shopify.com/okendo-reviews?locale=pl&surface_detail=conversion-customer-feedback&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=18&surface_type=category don't use iframe.
