UK Mileage calculator

We need a courier mileage calculator for our same day courier company so our customers can make a purchase based on a chosen AtoB trip mileage. Customer will need to enter start and finish postcode and the total driven mileage of the selected trip needs to be linked to a variable price per mile dependant on vehicle size they choose within our store.
