Your first mission is the complete store build: theme selection or customisation, intuitive navigation, secure payment gateways, shipping rules, tax settings, basic SEO, and a handful of example product listings so I can follow the template for the rest. The storefront must look polished on both desktop and mobile, load quickly, and be simple for me to maintain once we’re live.
As soon as the store is ready, we’ll shift focus to growth. I’m counting on you to craft and execute a marketing strategy that brings qualified traffic and converts browsers into buyers. Feel free to recommend a mix of Shopify apps, email automation, social and paid campaigns, or influencer outreach—whatever combination you know delivers tangible results.
