Last part of a Shopify App and Template

I have a Shopify App that has been built with React. It is meant to be a new search bar that accesses a 3rd party API. The app works great except that it only works in the Shopify Store App Backoffice location. We need the App to work in a template. We do not know what it is missing or what needs to be done but we would like the UI to be able to be added to any template and return search results.
