Integration with Shopify

Hello,
We have ERP system which handle products, inventory, pricing, etc. We need to integrate it with shopify to handle shopping carts orders and client profile only.
We need to know what best strategy we need to use for that like:
1- because all inserting records will be in our system, not in shopify directly, there will be a post api just for update all products in shopify.
2- Api list should include:
a. One for update products
b. One for update prices
c. One for update orders
d. One for update clients
e. One for update payments
f. Etc
3- Any new order will trigger api and get response from our system.
Millstones will be 3 levels:
1- For integration plan (10%)
2- For integration Api (80%)
3- For change request (10%)
Our responsibility is to create all APIs you need from/to our system
