Ghost Copy Two Online Stores

We are that Australian Distributor for a number of Automotive Suspension Brands. I would like to ghost the international Online Stores to our Australian Online Store. Manufacturer/Model Categories, Products & Imagery.
Apologies for the lack of information, but while this seems simple to me, I have no experience or knowledge on how to achieve it. I welcome feedback and suggestions.
This will lead to the building of a new Webstore for our own products as well in the future.
