I need our new company website built as a fully functioning Shopify store. The aim is straightforward: create an e-commerce experience that lets customers browse, add to cart, and check out smoothly while reflecting our brand’s personality.
You will handle both the front-end polish (Liquid templating, HTML, SCSS, JavaScript) and the back-end configuration that makes Shopify so powerful—theme customization, product architecture, payment and shipping setup, and any required app integrations. Speed, mobile responsiveness, and clean code are critical because they directly affect conversion rates.
Key deliverables
• Custom Shopify theme tailored to our brand guidelines
• Complete product, collection, and variant setup (we’ll supply imagery and copy)
• Payment gateway and shipping rules fully tested in live mode
• Essential apps configured for reviews, email capture, and analytics
• SEO-friendly URLs, meta data, and schema in place
• Handover package with theme files, documentation, and a short video walk-through
Acceptance criteria
– Pages load under 2 s on mobile 4G (tested with Google Lighthouse)
– Checkout works end-to-end with live payment credentials
– Store passes Shopify Theme Inspector without liquid or accessibility errors
– I can update products and content from the admin panel without touching code
