Fix Shopify App Issue

I am having issues with an app called Shipping Rates Calculator that allows customers to enter postcode in item description page and get the freight cost to their location the app is all configured I.e postcode will provide cost of freight. the rates Shipping Rates Calculator calculates the cost of shipping is based on another app called Advanced Shipping Rules in which all prices are configured to the postcode.

Current issue is that the Shipping Rates Calculator is no longer appearing the product description page i.e customer can't check cost of freight and either need to message me or go to checkout to discover cost of freight, once they are in checkout and put their postcode they will know the cost of shipping.

I just want them to be able to check cost of freight on the description page, I.e I need the shipping rates calculator to reappear on product description page.

From what I understand from Support the app shipping Rates Calculator is conflicting with another app that has disabled it from reappearing in the product description page, looking for someone who can resolve this and make the Shipping rates Calculator reappear on the item description page and fully work as has already been configured with all postcode.
