Ecommerce Manager Job Description


I am looking for a RIGHT HAND, mostly in the ECOMMERCE arena to begin with as that is what I am looking for this person to focus on. Once I hire this person who will hopefully be performing well, then other employees need to be recruited.

This RIGHT HAND PERSON would have at least the following expertise and skills:

1. Microsoft Excel
2. Sourcing products from Alibaba and others---to identify products that will sell well on Amazon/wallmart/other platforms, between $0.1-$3 purchase price, and about max of 100 grams in weight, of each item.
3. Working with Codisto and other similar platforms
4. Managing Shopify and excellent knowledge of Shopify and other similar platforms
5. Able to connect and source products from various vendors that work with Shopify and various vendors--It means finding the most qualified products in the different markets to purchase that we determine would be most profitable and would sell best on amazon and other platforms...
6. Basic knowledge of ecommerce HTML and other simple ecommerce website language 
7. Ability to list products on websites
8. Ability to import products from China and other countries
9. Ability to custom order products from various factories
10. Working with Amazon Seller and Fulfilled By Amazon Account
11. Ability to recruit and manage staff as needed
12. Follow instructions well
13. Willing to do research and learn on his/her own off schedule hours to grow professionally and become more knowledgeable and proficient in his/her work
