Dynamic pricing software for Shopify store

This is a complex project that i'll try to explain as well as i can.
I have a Shopify store with at least 30k products in pharmaceutical Italian market.
I need a SW that can scan a given time x day 3-4 or more website/marketplace of some competitors in Italy and, based on the products EAN barcode on shopify, the SW should compare the different price on market and tell me the lowest, higher and the median average price of each products on my store, than i need to have the possibility to instruct the SW about which price i want pubblished on my store based on differents paramenters like margin, recharghe so the SW can adjust the price automatically near the lowest/higher/median on the market.
I tried to simplify the explanation of the project, but i know that it has to be discuss more with the developer.
