Dokan to Shopify Multivendor Migration

Job ID: 40237974

Budget: $10 – $30 CAD

I run a WooCommerce marketplace powered by Dokan and I’m ready to relocate the whole ecosystem to Shopify. The goal is to keep every vendor, product, order, and review intact while giving the new shop a cleaner interface and the extra muscle that Shopify’s app ecosystem provides.

The catalogue mixes both physical and digital items, so the migration must preserve file attachments, shipping rules, inventory, and licence keys where relevant. Once the data is safely in Shopify, I want the store wrapped in a fresh, conversion-focused design that feels intuitive for shoppers and just as friendly for vendors.

Key priorities
• Polished, responsive user-interface design
• Seamless payment integration with automated commission splits
• Full vendor-management dashboard (product upload, sales analytics, fulfilment, payouts)
• Solid SEO setup to keep (or improve) current rankings

What I need from you
1. A proven history of moving marketplaces—or at least complex e-commerce stores—onto Shopify.
2. A clear outline of the multivendor app, theme, and migration tools you prefer and why.
3. An estimated timeline that covers data migration, design/dev work, QA, and go-live.

Acceptance will be based on zero critical data loss, error-free checkout for both physical and digital goods, vendor dashboards functioning as scoped, and Lighthouse scores comparable to—or better than—our current site.

If you have hands-on experience delivering multivendor projects on Shopify, let’s talk specifics.
