I need an end-to-end Shopify site for Sign Mafia, our modular custom fabric sign company. The look and feel must stay modern and sleek, and every step of ordering has to remain inside Shopify—no external forms or email back-and-forth.
Key requirements
• Custom product configurator that lets customers pick different sizes, different colors, add custom text, combine kit options and add-ons, then see real-time price changes (including automatic quantity discounts).
• Secure artwork uploads at checkout, followed by an integrated proof approval flow so clients can sign off before production starts.
• Clear vendor fulfillment workflow: when an order is approved, the correct print vendor receives the spec sheet, artwork files, and production notes automatically.
• Responsive storefront, intuitive navigation, and speedy load times on both desktop and mobile.
• Native Shopify management—no custom server code—so my in-house team can update products, discounts, and content without a developer.
Deliverables
1. Fully configured Shopify theme reflecting our brand palette and modern aesthetic.
2. Product templates with the full set of size, color, text, kit, and add-on options.
3. Integrated apps or custom Liquid/Shopify Functions to handle artwork upload, proof approval, and vendor routing.
4. Quantity-break pricing logic tested and documented.
5. Step-by-step admin guide covering product updates, discount edits, and order-to-vendor handoff.

– All options calculate pricing accurately.
