Create one section on shopify
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I would like to create one section on shopify. I am using the dawn free theme. I will give you access to the new website that I am making for you to implement the design.
What I am looking for is someone to recreate the section below the header on the website https://craftdlondon.com/ it is also very similar to the section on apple.com/mac

The section that shows the different collections with the name of the collection just below it.
I would like it to be in the theme section so I can add or remove it from my theme editor as I please, it should have a section for adding a picture and adding text and adjust nicely on mobile and desktop,
I am familiar with HTML and CSS so can make small adjustments but I would like this written as simply as possible in as little HTML, CSS and liquid as possible, to keep the theme as fast as possible.
If you can do this that would be great, and please show me what changes you made, so I will be able to copy and paste this to any future themes I might want to use it on, I assume it will be just 1 or 2 added files/sections.
Please only message if you can do this, anybody asking me to download apps I don't want to hear from, just want this one section placed on the site and it to be editable, thanks
