Correct Shopify Page URL Routing Misdirection

I need an experienced Shopify developer to fix page routing issues. My custom pages are built and exist, but the URLs are pointing to the wrong content.

The Problem:

/pages/custom-quote-request is showing Custom T-Shirts content (should show quote request form)
/pages/custom-apparel-pricing may be showing incorrect content
/pages/pet-text-customization may be showing incorrect content
/pages/custom-t-shirts is showing "313 Designs/What's Up Doe" content (wrong page entirely)
All the page content exists - it's just mapped to the wrong URLs. Need to restore correct URL-to-page mappings.

Project Requirements:

Debug and fix page URL routing/template issues
Ensure each URL points to its correct corresponding page content
Verify all 4-5 custom pages display the right content at the right URLs
Work in duplicate theme first, publish after approval
Test all pages before going live

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify Liquid templates and page routing
Ability to debug template/URL mapping issues
