Designed, built, and launched a fully functional e-commerce website from scratch using Shopify for JMS Enterprise, a growing business focused on , e.g., electronics, gadgets. The site is now live at jmsenterprise.in, optimized for seamless online sales, user engagement, and scalability.
Key Tasks & Deliverables I Handled:
Store Setup & Customization: Selected and configured a premium Shopify theme, customizing layout, colors, fonts, and sections to match the brand's identity. Implemented mobile-responsive design for flawless performance across devices.
Product Management: Added and optimized 50+ products with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, SEO-friendly titles, variants (sizes/colors), pricing, and inventory tracking. Set up collections and filters for easy browsing.
Essential Features Integration:
Secure payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, Shopify Payments) with multi-currency support for Indian and international customers.
Shipping setups with integrated carriers (e.g., India Post, DTDC) and custom rates based on zones/weight.
Abandoned cart recovery, discount codes, upsell/cross-sell apps, and email marketing via Klaviyo.
SEO & Performance Optimization: Conducted on-page SEO (meta tags, alt text, schema markup), integrated Google Analytics/Analytics 4, and sped up load times to under 3 seconds using image compression and app minimization. Achieved top Google rankings for key product terms within weeks.
Apps & Functionality: Installed and configured 10+ apps including Trustpilot reviews, live chat (Tidio), FAQ pages, size charts, and dropshipping tools for easy inventory sync.
Testing & Launch: Performed cross-browser/device testing, fixed bugs, set up SSL security, and trained the client on Shopify dashboard. Launched with zero downtime and provided 30-day post-launch support.
