Bots have been attacking my Shopify

Hi there, I have a shop on Shopify and 2 weeks ago some bots started to place a lot of fake orders, like 20-50 per day. At the start, we tried to ban them by email or name but then they started to create 10-20 accounts with random emails and names. So I need help to solve this problem.
