Basic 5-Section Shopify Store

I have already registered my Shopify store and now need the first stage of the build completed. The goal is a clean, functional setup that uses a standard Shopify theme—no custom design work required at this point.

Store structure
• Five departments (collections) in total. One of them is dedicated to “Objects for the deaf,” while the other four can remain as empty, clearly-named placeholders that I will populate later.
• In the “Objects for the deaf” department a third-party fulfils the orders. I therefore need customer order tracking enabled and an automatic notification sent to that supplier whenever an order for that collection is placed.

What I will handle
• Product uploads and ongoing catalogue management once the framework is in place.
• Future enhancements after this initial phase.

What I need from you
• Install and configure a standard Shopify theme, adjusting navigation, menus and basic settings so the five departments display correctly.
• Set up the third-party fulfilment workflow: tagging the relevant products, activating Shopify’s order tracking, and creating an email (or app-based) notification that goes straight to the supplier when an order hits their department.
• Hand over clear, concise instructions so I can continue adding products without breaking anything.

If this first stage goes smoothly there will be more work, but for now please quote only for the tasks above and include an estimated timeline. I’m ready to get started as soon as you are.
