Shopify Dropshipping Integration Trainer & Implementation Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shopify dropshipping specialist to provide hands-on training to our sales team on implementing and managing a hybrid fulfillment system. This is a short-term consulting role (1-2 sessions) focused on setup, training, and knowledge transfer.
Primary Responsibilities
Setup & Configuration (1-2 hours)
Research and recommend the optimal dropshipping app for our hybrid fulfillment model
Install and configure the chosen dropshipping app on our Shopify store
Set up the system to handle split order fulfillment (partial dropship + partial in-house dispatch)
Configure automation rules for order routing between dropship suppliers and our warehouse
Establish proper inventory sync between suppliers and our store
Staff Training & Documentation
Conduct live, interactive training session with our sales team (non-technical staff)
Demonstrate how to process orders with mixed fulfillment methods
Teach product sourcing and syncing workflows within the app
Show how to manage supplier relationships and order tracking
Provide clear, step-by-step documentation for future reference
Answer questions and troubleshoot common scenarios during training
Product Integration Support
IMPORTANT: Guide team member on showing them how to part fufill items from our warehouse and the dropship part order with an APP..
Demonstrate best practices for syncing products to our store
Show how to maintain accurate inventory levels across both channels
Explain quality control measures for dropshipped items
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise
Proven experience with Shopify dropshipping apps (DSers, AutoDS, Spocket, Zendrop, or similar)
Specific experience with hybrid/split fulfillment models (orders fulfilled from multiple sources)
Strong understanding of Shopify order management and inventory systems
Familiarity with product sourcing from AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, or other major suppliers
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
Communication Skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - this is essential
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff in simple terms
Patient, friendly teaching style with strong interpersonal skills
Experience training teams or conducting workshops is highly valued
Professional Attributes
Organized and punctual
Able to create clear, easy-to-follow documentation
Responsive and available for follow-up questions after initial training
Professional demeanor when working with our team
Ideal Candidate Will Have
2+ years working with Shopify dropshipping operations
Experience training or onboarding staff members
Portfolio or examples of previous Shopify stores you've configured
Video testimonials or references from previous training clients
Knowledge of best practices for product selection and supplier vetting
Project Details
Duration: 1-2 hours (single session or split into two sessions)
Format: Live video training session via Zoom/Google Meet with screen sharing
Deliverables:
Fully configured dropshipping app
Trained staff capable of processing split orders independently
Written documentation/guide for ongoing reference
1 week of email support for follow-up questions

Additional staff training as we expand our team
