I need a transportation analyst for a short-term project

Our project is to analyze our 2022 shipping cost, methods, carriers, automation, shipping policy, in order to increase customer satisfaction and reduce cost for 2023. We are a small company that specializes in shipping educational materials (mostly books) across the US. We need help in crafting a shipping policy, automation, shipping logic, and a shipping plan moving forward that will help us get orders to customers faster but at less cost than we have been.
