WooCommerce Tax, Variants & Shipping

I run the NOTTOX store on WooCommerce and need a few essentials put in place so the shop is ready for nationwide sales.

First, every product must automatically collect Hawai‘i’s 4.5 % tax at checkout. Next, each clothing item needs a complete size range—Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2X-Large and 3X-Large—with a $5 surcharge applied only to 2X-Large and 3X-Large.

For shipping, please open sales from Hawai‘i to all 49 other U.S. states using Standard shipping and assign individual rates per state. Any order reaching $200 or more should trigger free shipping. (We may add Express or Overnight later, so keep the setup flexible.)

I also need a clear, shopper-friendly return policy page created and linked in the footer and at checkout.

Finally, upload a few new products; I’ll provide photos, descriptions and prices.

• Size variations + correct surcharges on every apparel product
• Shipping zones and state-specific Standard rates, with $200 free-shipping rule active
• Branded return policy page live and linked
• Several new items published (with images, copy and correct categories)

Please work directly inside the existing WordPress/WooCommerce admin, keep all current plugins intact and be comfortable with variable products, shipping zones and conditional free shipping.
