Handle invoice generation and billing processes independently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Monitor and update shipping records, maintaining a comprehensive database for easy reference.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between warehousing, order processing, and shipping activities.
Maintain awareness of industry regulations and shipping standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
*Requirements:
Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with carriers, colleagues, and clients.
