Buying and Shipping Assistant for USA Business

I am looking for a purchasing and shipping assistant for long-term work.
I am looking for one person in the following countries: China, Thailand, Philippines.

I run a resale business, and I am looking for someone who can:

Purchase items I send directly by link
Bid on Auctions I send directly by link
Receive packages at their location
Consolidate multiple packages into one shipment
Repack items safely and efficiently
Ship internationally to the United States
Provide basic photo confirmation when needed

Most purchases will come from sites like Yahoo Auctions, Mercari Japan, Rakuten, and similar platforms.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Consistency, communication, and organization are important.

Preferred:

Located in Japan, China, Thailand, Philippines.
Familiar with international shipping
Comfortable handling handbags, accessories, wallets, vintage goods, and resale inventory
Able to use PayPal or Wise
Previous proxy buying or forwarding experience is a plus
