U.S.-Based Simple Order Fulfillment
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
We are looking for a reliable U.S.-based freelancer to help us with simple order fulfillment for our company.
Important: You must be physically located in the United States.
This role requires receiving products from U.S. suppliers, storing a small quantity of inventory, preparing customer orders, printing shipping labels, and dropping off or mailing packages.
About the workload
This is a low-volume, part-time task. The total inventory volume is small, approximately the size of a small cardboard box.
Expected workload:
- Receive 1–2 small shipments per week from our suppliers
- Prepare and ship customer orders 1–2 times per week
- Approximately 5–20 outgoing packages per month
- Store a small amount of product safely and keep basic inventory records
Tasks include
- Receiving small parcels from our suppliers
- Checking received quantities
- Storing products in a clean and organized way
- Preparing customer orders
- Packing products according to simple instructions
- Printing shipping labels
- Dropping off packages or mailing them through USPS / UPS / FedEx
- Sharing basic tracking and inventory updates
Requirements
- Must be physically located in the United States
- Reliable and organized
- Able to store a small box of products in a clean, safe place
- Access to a printer for shipping labels
- Ability to ship orders 1–2 times per week
- Good communication
- Previous experience with e-commerce, Shopify, shipping, or order fulfillment is a plus, but not required
