shell script to send emails of a command output

I have a list of user IDs (which I can get using a simple ls command)
Once I get the user ID, I need to calculate the number of files and number of directories this user ID is using (I know the command for this as well)
Now here’s where I need help
I need to populate this like a table and send an email (so May be a little html coding also would be required)
