I need a PowerShell script created

I need a PowerShell script created that can run and help automatically creating users for me. The script will need to take the firstName and lastName to create the SAM and use the SAM to create the UPN and email by adding the domain. It will then need to take the Employee ID and Add it and use a special unique password based off of information concatenated from the data, let's say the temporary password: "password" + lastName + "5". Then it would need the description, and OU. I would like pricing for logging as well.
