Write a Powershell script to fetch disk details and clean up logs if there is a threshold limit

I'm looking for a professional who can help me in writing a PowerShell script to be able to perform health check of each drive with total capacity and available capacity and let us know if the threshold is 20% and send email periodically if the space is below 20%. This should also be able to delete some logs in a particular drive if the space is below 20%. This is on windows server
