I am looking for a detail-oriented, thorough, systematic and professional freelancer who is comfortable with Windows 10 scripting and system hardening to help me with the following:

Project Objective:
Convert the following open source W10 hardening cmd batch script by ricardojba into a Powershell 5.1 script for use in a Win10 PC

Deliverable:
i) A Powershell 5.1 script that retains as much of the original contents and comments from the original batch script as possible - please name this script as "Script Part 1"
ii) Where applicable, a written list of changes in the Powershell 5.1 script where the original parts or functions of the cmd batch script could not be converted into the Powershell 5.1 script format

Background:
W10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 is a stripped down version of W10 Enterprise and does not come with features and functions that are present in W10 Enterprise, Pro or Home. However, the W10 hardening script by ricardojba was designed to work mainly in W10 Home and Pro. Therefore, I need to filter out those items in ricardojba's script which do not apply to W10 Enterprise LTSC 1809. Reference weblinks for the differences between W10 Home, Pro, Enterprise and LTSC will be provided on demand.
Project Objective:
a) Go through the Powershell script from Part 1 (i.e. Script Part 1) to identify those parts of the script which are not relevant to and do not apply to W10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 (e.g. MS Store), and record the corresponding script line numbers for the irrelevant items
b) Go through the Powershell script from Part 1 (i.e. Script Part 1) to identify those parts of the script which are currently commented out but which are relevant to and apply to W10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 , and record the corresponding script line numbers for those commented-out items
Deliverables:
i) A written list of the line numbers of items in the Powershell script which are not relevant to and do not apply to W10 Enterprise LTSC 1809. The list can be delivered in a txt file listing the Powershell script line numbers. (Note - I will be using Notepad++ to view the line numbers in the Powershell script.)
ii) A written list of the line numbers of items in the Powershell script which are currently commented out but which are relevant to and apply to W10 Enterprise LTSC 1809. The list can be delivered in a txt file listing the Powershell script line numbers. If no such items are found in the script, please simply report your finding that no such items are found.
iii) A revised Powershell 5.1 script named as "Script Part 2", which:
- have the irrelevant items commented out with ":: " to prevent them from running in W10 LTSC 1809, and
- have the relevant items un-commented out (removing the ":: " before the action) so that they will run in W10 LTSC 1809

a) Two separate cost estimates in USD for the following:
- Part 1 only
- Part 1+2
b) Two separate time estimates to complete the following:
- Part 1 only
- Part 1+2
