Set up Debian Mirror

I have a Computer with a freshly installed Debian Distribution running and a Script (find attached) which is supposed to set up a Debian-Mirror. Unfortunately something with the script does not work - and I would need someone to debug it.
Teamviewer is running on the computer. The project is considered as successful, when the Debian Mirror is downloading.
