Powershell read directory informations and write to file

A powershell tool is needed to create a directory on a client, read the directory names of the c: and d: drive, write the directory paths to a text file inside the created directory. In a second part the script shall pass the directory names from the text file to a program like "makemesmile.exe Option c:\examplepath from textfile" and write the output of this to another textfile in the created directory.
