Powershell Scripting

Hi, I need some help revising a sample powershell script. Basically we would like to create a script that will move email items from one folder to another, based on a search criteria (IE. emails from 1/1/2018 to 1/1/2020).
Sample:
Enter the Start Date: 1/1/2018
Enter the End Date: 1/1/2020
Source Folder: Inbox
Destination Folder: Old Email
The script is already provided, I just need to build the other logic/filter.
