PowerShell script for Text Cleanup

Project: Create script to eliminate incorrect punctuation and duplicate lines
We have many individual txt files that have abbreviated words with the period (full stop) in the wrong place as well as duplicated lines of text.
The script will:
1. Open each txt file.
2. Find specific incorrect words and replace them with a version without the period (full stop).
3. Find duplicated lines, eliminate the duplicates but leave one line in the file.
4. Save the txt file and move onto the next one in the folder.
