PowerShell script to abbreviate string
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I need two PowerShell scripts. The first to shorten/abbreviate a string and the second to convert the abbreviated string back to the original.
Although the strings will mainly be HEX numbers in order (e.g. 58E3FAFFE7E5CBFA), however, the first script must be able shorten/abbreviate any kind of string, even if it contains some symbols (e.g. tTuzbnMcAhq6+vPuKLCA6A==).
Concerning the 2nd script it is VERY IMPORTANT to be able to get the original string back again (whatever the string is). I am mentioning this because the script I got from another developer couldn't retrieve the original string.
