PowerShell Script for Log File Analysis

I'm in need of a proficient PowerShell script developer who can create a script for reading a plain text format log file. This script will have to:
* Extract and isolate error messages from the log files in a specific location.
* Extract associated timestamps of these error messages.
I am going to run the script as a task scheduler job. It must detect a specific error.
Example error that you could use is ‘Failed to distribute package’. If this error is found, I would like to have the script detect it and send me the whole error as an email. Whole error in the sense any suffix after the error ‘failed to distribute package’ as well.
