PowerShell Script for Azure VM Automation

I need a PowerShell script that automates a number of tasks on my Azure VM. This includes starting and stopping the VM, deploying new applications, monitoring performance, and uploading/downloading from Blob to the VM. The primary purpose of this script is to automate scheduled tasks.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting
- Experienced with Azure VM management
