Power shell automation expert

I am in need of a PowerShell automation expert to help me with scripting. Specifically, I need help with automating system maintenance tasks, Active Directory management, and Office 365 administration. I require both the creation of new scripts as well as modifications to existing ones. The ideal candidate should have experience in PowerShell scripting and be able to work within a tight deadline of three days.
