Perl script for processing files with VTS3 plugin in Audacity

I have been an iPhone programmer with Objective-C and writing my own CGI website scripts in Perl for over a decade. However, I am not skilled enough to understand how to use the Perl scripting in Audacity. I need a freelancer to write me a Perl script that will take a .wav file, process it through Audacity using a VST3 plugin that I have (let's say it's "Ozone 10 Dynamic EQ.vst3"), and output the processed file to my Desktop. If there is a way to call a plugin's preset then include that as well. I can then review the script against their provided sample and begin to understand how it works.

I have Audacity installed and am running on M1/M2 Macs

If it is more involved then a single script then let me know and I can either revise the project or write a new one for a teaching session instead of you writing a script.
