PROXY PROBLEM
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Because of the proxy at my workplace, I cannot connect to my web address. I need someone with IT knowledge to overcome this hurdle. I can't clear dns cache with powershell. Because I can't run powershell as administrator. But it doesn't happen even if there is cleanup from the normal script.
